I think it is M. camptotricha, it has another name too. Longimamma has longer tubercules with 4 spines on each and generally larger yellow flowers.

This one is also called Bird's Nest Cactus. Whatever the name is, I hope you get fruit. This one has the best tasting fruit I have ever had from a Mammillaria. Let them ripen until they turn a slight yellow-green at the bottom. The change is slight, it takes about 2 months. The flavor is lemon-lime, and it just explodes in your mouth. A tiny fruit gives the taste of a whole swig of soda.
