My Haworthia venosa tessellata put out 2 offsets over the summer. One of them has grown up inside of the parent plant (sheltered from the harsh realities of life???)

Should I do anything about this or should I let their family dynamics continue without intervention?

(The plant usually doesn't live amidst breakfast preparation... I just wanted better light for a pic...)
