Impossible to say with absolute conviction without flowers (like so many cacti) but you could spend hours looking at either Cleistocactus or Haageocereus as the genus.

I agree. This one has Cleisto written all over it.

I'd say in all likelihood Cleistocactus strausii, but until it gets a bit older, hard to tell from C. hyalacanthus/tarijensis, and C. tupizensis.
