I saw a Gollum jade with a similar pattern of variegation. I was curious about it because it looked to me like it would be difficult for meristem tissue to produce transverse bands of yellow (as opposed to longitudinal). I ended up not buying the plant because I was worried that the coloration might be due to a mosaic virus or some other disease.

If anyone else knows what's up, the biologist in me is really curious about how this plant works!

Looks very healthy. I, too, am familiar with a 'Gollum' / Finger Jade that has the same type of variegation. At this point, they are still rare, so I think you have quite a gem there, Stumpy.
