I don't have advice, just wanted to say Nice to see you back...Missed photos of your beautiful plants.

I am starting bringing them back. Not sure about timing on jade (I believe Josh posted on another thread to do it, but he is in warm locale), but 'trimmed' one just 2days ago because of size. All of mine grew a lot during summer, I may have to do some more if I can't fit everything.

Hope you'll find time to post some pics soon.

thank you Rina , its been a rough six months for me but my plants have survived with out me.
thank goodness for grand children, my daughter and grand daughter spent four hours watering them the first time before realizing I used a hose.
I am concerned about this one as it is over fifty years old and in almost pure concrete.

Wow, that looks to be a big old 'Hobbit' Jade! What a score!

At this time, I would only prune for balance, and for convenience this Winter indoors. Save the heavier pruning / whacking for next season to encourage more compact growth.

If it's vital and not in danger of dying, I might wait on the re-potting, too. That said, I just re-potted a Jade of mine yesterday...of course, it's also 98ðF out here in the West.

That's a great looking plant. I'd wait until about June and then I'd re pot and trim.
