Yes, it's totally normal. It just means your baby is ready to live without the nutrients from the leaf now. You can either gently pull the leaf, or wait for it to fully shrivel. :)

Is the one next to the leaf the plant that grew from the now yellow one or has the yellow leaf put down only roots it's normal if it is the old leaf that already put down the pup it is fine but if u just planted it and it turned yellow its dead

Perfectly normal. In fact I just yanked off a leaf like that and some that were shriveled from several of my little succulents.

The parent leaf only stays plump for so long, as the plantlet sucks up all its nutrients. When you get around to it, a gentle tug should do the trick. I usually get them before they shrivel...sometimes after they dry they're harder for me to take off.
