The pot is too small for it... and maybe you need to change the soil :)

Thanks! That's what I thought, but I've read so much about not repotting at the wrong time that I was afraid to mess with it. I suppose if it isn't growing in optimal conditions in the first place, I can't hurt it by repotting.

It depends on where you live I guess... I live in Jordan and it's still warm here so I've been repotting my succulents for the past 2 weeks (I have many)... I think that it's okay if you repot :)
