It's Hylocereus undatus, and it looks to be growing well. You'd do well to make your soil a little more porous with perlite for it to grow better.

Okay , I have a large bag of Vermiculite (none fertilized) , would that work?

I'm Vietnamese but I don't know what this is :)
Will it bear fruit, like the Green dragon fruit? If so, it doesn't need a trellis but it needs a pole to lean against.

Hahaha !! It is a Dragonfruit , the white variety ! I was told to use a Trelis?? But if a pole would be better I can do that too! Thanks sorry for not adding what it was haha!!
