It's just a few little dots i killed them with the extreme green house heat its cactus and succulent soil with perlite and it's from texas can u id it

err typically cactus in NA in the wild grow pads during a few week period once a year.
There may be nothing wrong with the plant...it's just not time for the next growth flush...rather it's nearing dormancy.

It looks very happy to me. I used to grow them when I lived in central Florida.
