Hello everyone!

I have a Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana, and hope to get it flowering before christmas.

My fiance and I were visiting my mom this weekend, and she had the most beautiful kalanchoe, or at least i think it was, that was in full bloom!!! i ask her about it, she said it started around august 15th, and has been going non stop.

Its planted outside, in the ground in a USDA zone 7A.

The photo is slightly false color. The leaves and stems are a white/green and the flowers are yellow.

She said she planted it there about 7 years about. It dies back with the frost, all the way to the ground, and returns the next spring. This is the very first year it has flowered.

Could this actually be a kalachoe flowering in august, and if so, i wonder exactly which one? And if this isn't a kalachoe, what could it be?
