What is this growing from my succulent?

Hello. Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it just a weed? Should I just pull it out? Thanks!

Yes weed. You can pull it out. =)

I don't believe it is growing from your succulent, but rather with/next to it.

Thanks! Lol I guess what I meant to write was "what is growing from my succulent pot" I pulled it out. Do you happen to know what this succulent is called?
