| Hello! I'm new here and have a question about my aloe plant.
I did a search and found this forum with some suggestions on how to replant an aloe. As you can see in the photo I've posted, it's tipping over like crazy! It just keeps growing up instead of out. And I'm STILL getting new leaves growing up in the centre. This thing is immortal. I was hoping to cut off the stem so it sits in the same pot properly again. I could probably take off about 6" worth of the stem. I'd get a bigger pot but my apartment is small and there's no room for anything much bigger, and this pot fits perfectly on my window sill. From what I read, it looks like I could cut it and leave about 2" of stem below the first set of green leaves. I'd scrape off the dried and dead flakey old leaf edges and then replant that. Will that work? I'd love some suggestions. Thanks! |

| Could it be a type of tree aloe. Or a tall clumper?? Do you know the variety? |
