Euphorbia viguieri

Some may find this of interest and then again, maybe not. This Euphorbia is monoecious and produces a ton of seed every year. The cyathia has from 2 pairs to 8 pairs of flowers. The first photo shows all three stages of flowers. Notice the cyathia on the left with its swelling pods. Normally on other species of Euphorbia the pod is visible but on this species the pod makes its appearance and explodes in just a few hours. The seedlings were planted in early August and will be ready for the road sometime next year.... hurry, place your order... they'll go fast! LOL

Kathi, I don't sell and I was just making, what I thought, was a cute statement. When they are a bit older, if you are interested, or anyone interested, email me and I'll be happy to make arrangements.
