Is Abbey Garden still around?

I went to Abbey Garden a number of times back when they were near Santa Barbara. It was an exceptional nursery

They closed/moved. If I remeber correctly, they moved and went strictly mail order. I read recently, if I remember correctly, that they moved to Orange County. Is this correct? Are they mail order or do they have a retail store?

My sister and young nephew, who have an interest in succulents (but not cacti) will be at Disneyland next week. If they do have a retail shop, what succulents do they specialize in? And how far are they from Diusneyland?

The reason I can't look all of this up easily is because they have no web site.

They are still strictly mail order and are located in La Habra, CA 90632. P.O.Box 2249.

Lem Higgs was the owner and loved and grew this business for over 30 years. He has since passed and his family is now selling the entire nursery including the greenhouses and surrounding landscaping plants on the acre pacel. Contact his son Doug Higgs for more information. There is an add in the cacti journal but the price has since been lowered dramatically. 714 403 5808

I have a Gasteria that's labeled from here. I was hoping to get some information on it.

Very sad to hear of his passing, may he be rewarded with benefit and his family comforted.
