Newbie with a sick succulent!

Last month I purchased a Echeveria Perle Von Nurnberg. I replanted it with cacti/succulent soil and pebbles at the bottom. I have also only been watering it when the soil is dry as a bone. A few weeks ago I placed it on my front porch to get more light than what it had been getting on my kitchen window and when I went to bring it back inside that night I noticed that a few petals had what looked like "scabbed" cuts? I didn't think much of it, maybe a bug got to it while it was outside (I'm still a newbie to plants) and put it back in the kitchen. Currently the plant has maybe three leaves left on it's stem, all spaced apart. The stem doesn't seem to be soft or discolored. Someone told me that I should wipe the remaining leaves with alcohol pads. Is this plant savable?
