Oreocereus celsianus, a tough, very tough plant. The growing point was probably damaged for it to grow like the photo shows. I wish I knew somebody who wants one that is 20 years old and scarred.

in seriousness, Old Man Cactus, is Cephalocereus senilis⦠this plant above has been correctly identified as an Oreocereus, which is known as the Old Woman Cactus⦠seems more appropriate anyway.
