Am I the only one tired buying plants without names / care information ?

So here it goes, bought this little cutie in a summer plant market. When i bought it, there was only the cashier there and no one could give me information on it ( and most of the time they can't give proper name for succulents... )

Anyway, long story short, i would like to ID this plant so i know how to care / propagate, etc...
