Any tips for baby succulent care?

Hello, this is my first post, though I've been lurking around for a few months now. A few weeks ago, one of my local nurseries let me take all of their succulent leaves that were starting to root. I have a ton of them (I think I went a bit overboard) growing in flat containers, ranging in size from half a centimeter to over an inch. When should I pot them individually, and into what sized pots?
Also, I've been kind of babying them with water, squirting water just around their little root areas every other day or so, not enough to wet the mix too much, is that right? I was under the impression that I should treat these guys more like seedlings than full grown plants, so watering the whole container then letting it dry out seemed like a bad idea.
Any way, I'm here to learn, so any help is appreciated!

I mist mine every other day they're in a window that gets bright light most of the day. They get their nutrients from the mother plant leaf. When they don't need it anymore, it shrivels up and falls off. IVE READ (so don't know from first hand experience) that they can't handle DIRECT sun all day yet. So it scared me enough that I only put mine out for an hour or two outside in the morning. (Actually I haven't for at least a week now because I figured it was too cold here in MI for the babies). Well I hope I helped you some hopefully a pro will be along to give their expertise! :)

I don't know if it's any different for cacti, but once mine started to root, I put it in a mason jar and stuck in the windowsill with the rest of my plants. It gets full sun all day long and its starting to grow.

Ok cool, it sounds like my current setup in the window will work out, since it's already in the 50s and 60s in OH I doubt I'll be able to get them outside til the spring. Does anyone have a rough timeframe of how long they'll stay small enough to be in flats? Is there a specific point where they'll be able to be treated like full sized plants needing full sun and a little less daily care? I keep trying to research how to propagate succulents from leaves, but the ones I started a month or so ago are still maybe an inch across now and nothing I've found so far says much beyond 'you can make a plant from a leaf.' I guess I'm curious what the next steps are so I can share these plants with family without giving them something so high maintenance.

If they were mine, I'd leave them in the flat. About the middle of May, I'd start to slowly acclimate them to full sun. About the middle of June, I'd start repotting them into their own pots.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! I guess I'll be sticking to the program and hopefully I won't be overwhelmed by the fifty or so full sized plants next summer. I've got some dwarf jades, moonstones, a fuzzy echeveria ("frosty" I think), and a TON of graptosedum started, all doing well so far. The only bad thing is I'll need to come up with other Xmas gifts for everyone.
