Will the goo just disappear and the seeds remain? Or do the seeds float?

What I'm doing now is soaking everthing up with a paper towel and then using a tongue depressor to scrape the seeds off the paper towel when everything is dried out--some of the seeds are still in the goo so it's very time consuming.

I still have some pods left so I would like to try this new method.

The goo will disperse in the water. The seeds will mostly sink, in my experience. The ones that don't sink just need a push/tap. Carefully pour out your goo water without losing the seed. You can pour it in another bowl so that you have a backup, in case some seeds go with the water. I usually add more water and repeat to remove the remaining goo bits. Then leave the last bit of water in with the seeds and just pour that onto a paper towel. Remove seeds when dry but be careful, they'll be lightly stuck to the paper towel.
