Awesome photos as always. Just love some of the agaves you can grow outside. Just hope my A. Zebra grows up to look like yours.

Very nice. I hate to be the yardman or dog when all the agave decide to join arms. There is always buying a new house with acreage.

I've done my best to provide access to all the plants, and have unplanted runs for the pups. They can go from one side of the yard to the other full stride without a worry, and still have plenty of space to do their business.

Love your plants both front and back.And your dog also,afghan hound isn't it?? We used to raise them back in the 80's.Now we no longer have any pets at all except the critters that wander in from the canyon and the neighbors cats.

@cactusmcharris: Thanks, same stuff pretty much, just a growing season larger. Damned wood rats have been leaving lotsa marks. Latest barstard killed one Agave, trashed several others before I finally got him

@kathi_mdgd: Thanks kindly! Yes, he's an Afghan -- and a rescue. We also have a Saluki, they look like shaved Afghans but couldn't be more different and still be dogs.
