One of my haworthia has grown too big for his pot - water just flows right through when I water - and no wonder, when you look at his roots!

I didn't dare to trim too much of his roots away, just the hairs on that longest bunch, and I'm afraid some of his roots will still be bent this way and that while I repotted into a (slightly) bigger and taller pot (the yellow one).

I'm now wondering though if the bigger pot is big enough, or if I'll have to disturb him again in a few months? (He'd only been in the white pot for a few months, in fact) What's the general guideline for choosing a pot the right size for the Haw's roots?
