I think your Sedum is 'Xenon' - I've got a little one which hasn't flowered yet.

That Crassula flowering now? Wow, it's out of sync with what I remember in San Diego - this one would always be about the only Crassula in flower in July.

My C. falcata is also blooming right now, Jeff. :)

I have a similar little red Jovibarba -- really sweet plant. Actually, I'm overloaded with 'em! I keep giving a bunch away to neighbors, but I'm now inspired to just upgrade their pot.

So everything I used to think was then is now now? I'm OK with that.

Yes, the Jovi is outside in full rain, snow and frost and it comes out of it even more red than this. Full winterproof here.
The bunch of the Crassula's flower now and the falcata is no exception to that.
