Is my sempervivum healthy? Pt.1

I've had this succulent for a few months, and I've let all the chicks separate naturally. I placed them all around the pot. I had given a friend a rosette, and hers has turned into a reddish color. Why is that? Am I doing something differently with my sempervivums? Are they healthy?

Thanks

Some turn red in sunny and dry conditions.

Semps have different shades that they turn. Green, yellow, red, pink ETC... They need sunlight to get their best color. Too much sun will also cause them to burn or loose their color. It all depends on your climate. Most semps need at least 4-6 hours of morning sun to show they best color.
