Very nice, I like the color. Will it loose it inside?

I have bunch of coarcata, some of them are much tighter, few more open. The 'open' ones are all green, others have little color. They were all in same spot outside all summer; I originally bought a pot with few & divided/separated this spring. But leaves look thinner to me than yours.

Hi Rina, I suppose it will loose it's color in a few weeks. I'm not sure of the name. Maybe it is H. attenuata or something inbetween. It was planted somewhere in april this spring and became very fat.
There are more H. coarctata's that color up. I have another one: H. coarctata var. greenii. (See included picture). Another one: coarctata blue does not do anything with the color.

What is your 'secret' - they are all so good looking. I think you mentioned that most are planted in ground for the warm season. Is that why they grow so well?
Do you fertilize at all?

Here is photo of mine, I have 13 altogether, and most of them are pupping.
The color is different on some.

Nice plants. The plant on the left seems a little thirsty to me, but very healthy.
I don't have many plants planted out in the garden, but I plan to try some more next season. Most of them are in a open planthouse during the summer. It's not to hot in there and the wind blows through it. In winter I have to keep them in the house.
Don't think all my plants look that good. I only show the nicer ones.

I see your rock garden outside...

All my coarcatas are planted in same soil, they were in very same spot & received same amount of water (mostly rain) - yet, as you mention, maybe more 'closed' ones are bit thirstier.
