can anyone ID this succulent for me? ^v^

My grandma gave me some cuttings of a succulent her neighbor gave her. They rooted readily in moist soil, unusual for succulents in my experience. The leaves fall off very VERY easily and the leaves sprout baby plants sometimes before it even has roots! They seem like they are stretched out due to lack of enough light but maybe that's just how they look. Anyway I'll add pictures. Sorry for the bad quality. Any ID would help!
