ID for this one too please

So sorry guys I have NO IDEA how to post multiple pics on my IPhone. But if you can help ID is appreciate it! I know it's a type of Jade I know it needs to be repotted, but can I do that now in Michigan or should I wait till next spring? Thanks again!!

You can repot it now as long as it's not in the 50s for weeks at a time u can repot i don't think it a jade but a kalanchoe flap jacks but it could be a jade hope that helped Noah

It is Crassula arborescens, not a regular jade and definitely not a Kalanchoe.
