Looks like Aloe juvenna to me.

In time it will pup off the side, and you can seprate and root them.

I have a question for you, Sean...since your photo is seen sideways on this forum...did you use a cell phone to snap this pic?

Oh, well, I just looked on my cell phone & it's sideways there too. Thought there was a difference between laptop & cellphone viewing. We're just trying to determine what methods are used by forum members to have sideways pix posted. :)
