Move some air

Are you saying the air flow could be a problem? It usually isn't surrounded by all of these tall pots. I just put it here to take the picture. It's also pretty windy where I live, so I don't know if air flow could be the issue.

The main problem I see is that they're etiolated, they should be tight, short rosettes, not growing upwards in that manner. They need more sunlight than they are currently getting to thrive.

particle size of your mix looks a bit large to me. You are showing signs of dehydration in the leaves. If you say there is not rot happening, they are not getting enough moisture. Is that a version of the gritty mix with lava rock? You said you are watering every 3 days?

Hm, okay. I wasn't sure what kind of succulent it was. When I bought them, they looked like the smallest one, except not as wrinkled, so I assumed they were growing fine. Now I know it's an Echeveria or something of that sort, I'll put it in a new spot that receives more light. I'll behead it in the spring if it has enough growth to do so. Thanks for your input. :)

Yes, it's turface, chicken grit, and lava rock. I bust up my lava rock with a sledgehammer, so every once in a while a larger piece or two gets gets left behind. I'm okay with that . Yes, I water every three days. Although, a couple weeks ago I did have a period where I didn't water for a week and a half because I was out of town and when I came back night temperatures were getting in the 40's so I didn't water for a few days because it was too cold. But I have been back to my regular watering schedule for a good while now. Do you think it's that the little one isn't getting enough water and that's what is causing it to stay small?

Those looks like Graptopetalums. They grow well in normal potting soil (maybe add a bit of gritty mix to it). I would fertilize ONLY once a year max. Can kill these with fertilizer if you don't watch it.
