Cactus disease/fungus?

I bought 3 cereus peruvianus cactus plants in one pot about 4 months ago from a plant store. They have been watered minimally and have been outside on a south-facing covered balcony in partial sun (there are a couple of trees in front of the balcony that block some of the sun) since that time. we have been experiencing an abnormal amount of rainy cool days this summer, but the cactus has been under a roof the whole time. One of them has started to develop some troubling dark, somewhat soft patches. Can someone please help me identify this disease? Any tips on how to fix this? Do I need to segregate the diseased cactus from the others or discard it completely? Some of the spots are small round flecks and crusty looking while others are softer and larger.
Thanks!
