I wouldn't - I like the Aloes that pup and until/unless it starts to take over the pot, I'd let it produce it's pups.

That is a Aloe grandidentata, I think. And they are prolific puppers especially when crowded in a pot. I would give it its own pot. It will crowd out the others in time. I grow mine outside. I have a friend who has them in a strawberry pot and They are like starfish holding onto the side of the pot.

That Opuntia subulata you have (the one with the vestigial leaves on the left) is a fast grower and will take over that pot in short order.

The aloe grandidentata and it could duke it out. The subulata would get the highground and the aloe will push out below and cover the ground and overflowing. That could be an interesting competition to watch vicariously. I have seen the subulata in South Calif gardens that it does look even in the ground. Maybe , it being in a pot will slow it down a tad.
