Keep it slightly moist at bright place (but without much direct sunlight) with normal room temperature until the seeds sprout. Then remove the foil and keep the soil moist until cacti grow their first spines. After that you can slowly start increasing light intensity and decrease watering a bit, so the surface can dry out sometimes.
