This type of fleshy Sedum definitely doesn't need twice a week watering, especially if you're growing them indoor. They're quite rot-prone if you water them that much, and also seems like you have a decorative pot outside of the plastic pot, does it have draining hole as well? If the soil holds moisture for long it's not a good idea.

Your plant doesn't look like it's in danger of dying, but you might wanna tweak a few things to allow it to thrive. Also, with these blueish powdery plants, it would be a good idea to water with something of a smaller opening and pour it from the edges of the pot, so you don't wash off the powder,

Thank you for your help! The container it originally came in has some openings on the bottom and I simply placed it inside the decorative pot without replanting it. I water my succulents (non-mesembs) every 7-10 days during the summer, and now going into winter I would say once every 10-14 days. But it is much cooler here in general so for you maybe minus 2-3 for each time window. Also you should observe them more closely and see if they would show any signs of needing water, some plants are more obvious some don't really show it.
