They are looking good and into growth. All I'd do is give them a whack of the dead leaves, taking care to avoid the non-dead/dying leaves with your fingers completely, with the tweezers/chopsticks. A light fertilizing when you next water would also be welcome.

Is that one in the center of your second photo crested? I wouldn't want to cut that one back.

Would Spring or Summer be a better time to cut and re-root? I'm asking because I don't know much about these succulents (Winter or Summer growers) and going into Winter soon, I know not everyone has the best winter light or the warmest locations. Just a thought or two.
