Looks like a Peperomia to me.

It really looks like Peperomia, however I googled Peperomia and nothing matched.
I also tried Eriospermum, Urticaceae and Menispermaceae, but still no result.

RE: What's this plant?

Really difficult to say (or research) without any additional information (like size).

At first glance, reminds me of some Begonia or Dichondra, with the overlap of the leaf (at the petiole?). Veining reminds me somewhat of Bukiniczia cabulica. The leaf looks somewhat succulent & the edges seem like it has tiny cilia. Really can't say I've seen any plant exactly like this.

Any chance you can contact the owner of the blog?

Peperomia monticola looks like it except the leaves seem a lot smaller on it?

That Peperomia does look similar, amccour, but the leaf posted is not peltate (having the petiole attached to the middle of the underside) like the Peperomia you linked.

I've contacted the blog owner, but he still haven't give out its name. The other plants he posted also without the name, maybe he does not willing to give'em out.

My another friend told me it's Tylecodon singularis. I googled the species and it really matches.

Yes, I do also believe it to be T. singularis. It is from Southern Namibia near the border of SA and flowers around late spring I believe. Rarely seen, I think.
