Sounds like a Solana sport and the lower bottom leaf from pic looks like it. I can't tell from the other leaves.

I would remove it and start a new plant.

I think I read somewhere that if you don't remove the sport, it can revert back; not really sure. That's all I know. I'm sure you'll get great info from others on here.

Camellia, this leaf? This shows the variegation allittle better with the other leaves.

if you'd like to grow it, you should remove it and get it rooted. I actually prefer the green obliqua, and have one myself. This year, I pruned mine back to a single trunk, and the new leaves that grew developed a similar variegation. 'Solana' has more color, I believe, but is a very similar mutation / sport.

Well, I suppose you could remove those two green tips, or remove the entire branch and root it as a single trunk.

Made the cuts! Do their leaves come true when you sprout it?

Sometimes they grow true, sometimes they revert, and other times they grew an all new pattern (or shape). You'll have some nice plants in a few months.
