Tri Color Jade~ ?? about shapes

| I just got a Tri Color yesterday. I was wondering if they are shaped and grown like the comon Jade, in the form of trees or Bonsia.
I did a search, but didn't find much.
The stem seems different that's why I was wondering.
If it has or can be done, please share. :)

| Hey, Jojo! I'm not sure if this is the same variety that you have, but here's a great Thread by Caudex (Keith) on trimming up a Jade with unusual trunk characteristics. Perhaps Caudex has an update on this guy! Josh |

| I think one can grow them anyway one wants (as to shaping them that is). I wish I could grow these, they're so handsome, but they don't do well here w/ me in NYC. Enjoy yours. |

Hi Josh,
I dont think that's the same one.. But some great pics and reading! Thanks! Mine is green and white with a tint of pink to the edges if in the sun. I'm thinking along the lines of pirate girl.. I would think any could be done this way, but wasn't sure because I haven't seen any pics of the one I have. :) I love the thick trunks and canapy tops.. I guess I need to get brave and start cutting and see what happens. LOL! Thanks!

| God, I am starting to want many variety of jades!! All but the plain green one though.. Wow, thanks Josh for showing that! PG, I think you can be just as sucessful as anyone else here. You have what it takes, unless the sun is not available where you live..

| I just got a leaf from a friend of mine, I assume it will root in the same way as any other jade leaf, but maybe take a little longer? |
