I will venture to say it might be a Sedum. Could be something else altogether. What you have is an extremely etiolated plant (stretching out due to insufficient light). If grown in better light for a long period of time, you may get a more compact form of rosettes, at which time we might better recognise the plant. I hope you come back with another pic for us to ID. In the meanwhile, give it as much light & warmth you can. Gradually acclimate to full sun, if you're able, so as not to burn leaves. Water when dry. I would cut off a couple (few inches at the ends) & root them. Should have more compact leaves on the stem in goood light.
