I have 3 wee graptoverias that are just now overcoming some transplant shock. I rescued them from Walmart =D

I catalog all of my plants too. Hope someone can pipe up about the others. The differences can be so subtle, I find it hard to ID, especially the paler ones.

I have one that looks like a graptoveria, as shown in the link supplied above. But I had earlier (after a lot of research! as I am new to cacti) identified mine as graptopetalum.

Could anyone distinguish for me between these two?
And is it correct to call both of them a jade, or are they a subset of jade?

Ah, I answered one of my questions:
"Graptoveria are hybrid crosses between Graptopetalum and Echeveria. Due to this mixed parentage they form a diverse genus, but most are low growing, cultivated for their beautiful shapes and colours."

I know what you mean. I had been thinking about your 2 plants numbered 8 and 9 in the pics.

I have a couple that I rescued without labels, that I distinctly remembered cutting off the stem to root. One had an offset that looked nothing like the parent plants I beheaded, thought I must have mixed something up or was going bananas.

First clue was posting here for possible ID. Someone said it looked like a graptopetalum....no I said, it came off of an echeveria...then I started to doubt myself.

In looking at pics and noticing the names, I came across a graptoveria.

Hookilau I had the same thought process on 8-9 ( same plant different angle) thought it looked like Graptopetalum too. Alas the hybridization of the two makes sense in identification of my little Lowe's rescue lol
