Overwintering small succulents

MsGreenFinger GW

I have a couple of small succulents in 6 cm pots. Crassula Hobbit, Gollum, Tricolor and a Hummel's. 2 Haworthias, a Bear's paw and a Panda plant. They are still in the soil they came in. Will they be fine until spring or should I risk repotting them now? I want to plant them in semi-hydro in a mix of leca and perlite but it would be too much stress for them now IMO. They are in a west facing window of our bedroom where temps won't go below 18C (64F) and will get occasional sun during winter.
Can they survive in a completely dry soil?
