I'd venture they're the collector's numbers, but I don't know whether it's her/his own home collection numbers or collection numbers used for collection in the wild.

They could be numbers given to the hybrids involved in the cross. In other words, one parent was a cross of cf8261 and cf3278 (both hybrids) and that was crossed with the hybrid cf2368. As far as who assigned those numbers, we may have to see if anyone here knows.
