Just imported a small quantity of Bursera fagaroides seed. Now what?

What is the easiest way to germinate these seeds? Do they need bottom heat, scarification...if yes, how? Do they need light, sun, to germinate? Can I use a gritty mix as sowing medium?

Please, your thoughts, experiences, suggestions.
