TG Cactus Problem/response

Christopher, Nomen, Silenteyespy: Thank you all for your responses. The cactus has been in the same
no-window-coverings-anywhere, due to MT views, for 10 years. I have not fed it in a Looooong time, and truly do not have a regular schedule for watering. No wonder the poor thing finally revolted! This weekend I will pick up the recommended food and make a calendar appt. for water schedule. Thank you all again....Annie in MT

For some reason, my response will NOT be accepted in the follow-up post area!

That looks like an 'Easter Cactus.' A very nice one at that!

This is an Easter Cactus =) In the US, they're a lot rarer than the Thanksgiving/Christmas Cacti. Since we know that this is actually is an Easter Cactus, the same rules apply. However, you need to start regiments in December/January, to have it bloom by Spring!!!
