Where in your home does this jade live? I live in NY, and have found that some windowsills are just too cold at night for my jades, esp. When I close the curtains. If the place you have it living is ideal during the day, you could move it at night to a less cold and drafty location!

I have had mine on the fireplace mantle for several months, which is appoximately 6-8 feet from my south facing patio doors. We have actually used the fireplace a few times in the past few weeks. Could that be the reason? Right now, I have the plant under my florescent light above my sink.

The plant is kept indoors? Also, are you letting the soil dry completely before watering! Water should be reduced during the colder part of the year.

Yes it is indoors. And yes I make sure the soul is dried out before I water. Especially since its almost winter. I know it should be even farther between once fall hits. So I'm stumped!
