The names of the 'Owl-Eyes'.

Does anyone know which species of Mamillaria have the "owl-eye" growth habit? That's where the stem branches repeatedly in a dichotomous manner, leaving the stem tips of a mature clump looking like several families of staring owlets! I want to compare the different species, but I can't seem to find any lists out there.

Here's looking at you!

One of them could be M. parkinsonii.

Another one famous for this is M. perbella, and it also occurs in morganiana, pringlei, karwinskiana and variaculeata. And probably a few more ...

One that I forgot

M. formosa ssp. microthele

Thank you all!

Sorry I took so long to look at this string, I got distracted. That seems to happen easily on Gardenweb--or is it me? : ])

Now I need to find pictures and decide which one I want, then find out which ones I can get. You all know how it goes.
