jade plant

would like to share my jade plant is this type also known as a money plant ?
Am all new to succulents and cacti and can see my self having loads in the future , i think there really nice looking plants and love watching the stages of its growth .
got one question when is the best time ro repot a jade plant and when can you tell it's time .
thank you

Post a pic of the plant for the best advice.
In general, re-potting during the warm season of greatest growth is best, which means somewhere from late Spring to early Summer in the northern hemisphere. Jades do grow during the Winter, but the cool temps make root-work a bit more risky.

Looks to be a Compact Jade, probably 'Crosby's Compact.'

It's a Jade variety / sport.
The compacts tend to develop very nice color in the sun.
