Crassula muscosa / lycopodiodes.

are you sure, because I have another which is C. muscosa and the leaves line up. This one has alternate leaves and a different growth habit even when grown next to C. muscosa. This one is far more coarse the C. muscosa and much tougher both in culture and physically.

You're right - I'll revise my guess on your plant as a Sedum.

I believe it is Crassula schimperi. :)
