Can u id this its a texas native i think its Opuntia chisoensis or opuntia engelmannii

I'd pair prickly pear with a Chardonnay, if it has an ID, and a Pinot Gris if it doesn't..

Can we back further away from the plant. On google O chisoencis has round pads. I am not really familiar with this opuntia. It has elongated pads like Opuntia engelmania var lengua but there are some differences. Can you back off from the plant and take a picture.
