Here is the picture of the leaves!

First, while you may have watered these just before taking the picture, they appear very wet. Next, the mix looks somewhat heavy and water retentive. You only want to dampen these every few days depending how fast they dry out. Sometimes Echeveria will root and never produce a plant. Not sure why this is but it has happened to me more than once!!! The picture is of leaflets from E. diffractens. These are the small leaflets from the flower spike; very prolific about three weeks old!!!!!

As with your other two plants, more light, more light, more light, more light..look at grow-lights if you have to.
