Fun Christmas gift arrived this morning in Fort Myers. A bald eagle egg hatched at about 10:30 AM! We have an eagle cam and we all got to watch. Now the real fun begins - watching them grow up!

Thanks for the eagle cam. that was nice. I have had better Christmases. My son is running a high fever so we are not doing much of anything but nursing him. I really don't want to take him to the ER. I am tired and stressed out.

Merry Christmas, everybody. I've had a major flu bug for a few days now... very quiet Christmas this year, staying home. There have been better years, but I thank God our temperatures are temporarily above freezing.
