ID & growing advice

Hi guys! I just started my succulent collection and I was hoping if you could help me ID my plants. I'm from the Philippines and I know our climate is not that good for succulents. I keep them inside, in front of a very bright west facing window. I use pebbles, soil and sand for potting and my plants get cold night temperatures because of the air conditioning. I was hoping for some advice in how to grow them in my current conditions. :) thank you!

I have been to the Philippines, and can attest to the fact many succulents grow well outdoors there, at least in the areas I visited. If I were there, I would be putting them outside, at least when there is no rain or typhoon. Little water, lots of bright light, well draining soil.

Forgot to mention, closer photos of the individual plants would better aid in identification. I know there is an Echeveria or two in there, anyway.
